About Cropping
Most phone photos aren't an exact match for standard frame proportions — that's completely normal. We never stretch your image. Every photo is reviewed individually by our team. We center the main subject — people, pets, or focal point — and make only minimal edge adjustments when needed so your finished frame looks natural and intentional.
Finish
Your photo is printed with a soft, canvas-style finish — warm, glare-free, and art-like rather than glossy. No glass, no acrylic. This finish is the same quality finish we use on all of our handcrafted wall art. Note: custom photo orders do not include glitter — the canvas finish is clean and photo-appropriate by default.
